Position Title     : IT Auditor – Network System – Information Security

Job Description :

Check and evaluate information technology infrastructure. Take care of information security and training information security standards to users. Operating internal network system and internet connection. Manage, guide and support IT staff at factories. Attends to solve IT projects & tasks.

• Manager IT security policies, IT process security standards> To build and update SOP to apply for IT process such as: Equipment management process; Training documents for end users about using IT resources; Training documents for IT team
• Information security training. Helpdesk works training> To train IT skills to increase and update the knowledge and abilities for end users in the company. Training information security for IT men in sites, directly training to end users.
• IT Audit works> Take biztrip to plants, farms or branchs in Feed and Livestock periodically to re-evaluate about IT systems, ICT licenses, Network infrastructure, IT security of all plants. Following CJ network security standard.
• Manage the ICT (Information & communications technology ) license> Manage the ICT license, process to buy/renew the license. Check Government legal license to ensure and fill up all software license in the company.
• Implement IT projects, checking and mange ICT network system, upgrade current ICT system in plants
• To ensure internet connection stable all time in all company sites> To ensure the timeline standards to finished end user request. To build and update the network, security standards in the company follow CJ Group standards with the flexible working and appropriate with company requirement.
• Manage, control the internal devices system> Weekly checking the data security and backup manual. Manage mail system: ensure working status, backup data mail, solve email issues, increase performance and security standards in mail server.

Degree achieved: MCITP Enterprise Administrator.

Knowledge gained: Design, installation, operation and maintenance of computer network systems on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 platform. Upgrade and convert the system from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2.
